Marks desire to front an exciting top quality rock and roll band was the main reason the Rebels got together in 1991. With a powerful voice that can shake the rafters on the rockers or give slow ballads real feeling, and some rhythm guitar thrown in too, Mark is a talented frontman who knows how it should be done.

Mark had a few months off in 2010 to help his wife recover from liver cancer,he is now back with the band.You can often see him and his wife (joanne) cruising along the river's in their boat (Blue Hibiscus) purely as a form of relaxation and to escape the hussle and bussle of their busy lives
